• 1987年　シンハラ、タミール両民族が双方の言語を学び民族間の理解を深める教育プログラムを提案。スリランカ政府の承認とノルウェー政府の支援金を得て、ダンミッサラ長老の後継者によってバンダーベラおよびニグロダラヤマ寺で実施

1987  Proposed an educational program for inter-ethnic understanding between Sinhalese and Tamil to learn each others’ language in the same school. Received Sri Lanka government approval and Norwegian government funds, the program was conducted at Nigrodarayama Vihara (temple) and Bandabela.

• 1989年　ダンミッサラ長老来日

1989  Ven.Y.Dhammissara Thero came to Japan. 

• 1993年 「日本・スリランカ 社会・教育・文化振興基金」設立

1993  Established 'Sri Lanka Nippon Social Educational & Cultural Foundation'.

• 1998年　国際仏教センター設立（東京・世田谷）

1998  Established 'International Buddhist Center' in Setagaya-ward, Tokyo Japan.

    

• 2003年　釈迦牟尼国際仏教センター設立（東京・八王子）

2003  Established 'Sakamuni International Buddhist Center' in Hachioji-city, Tokyo Japan.

      

• 2003年　ウバ州バドゥラ地区での幼稚園・学校建設開始

2003  Launched ‘Educational Facilities Development Project’ in Badulla, Uva province in Sri Lanka.

      

• 2004年　津波被災地へ日本からの義援金で学校建設
  スリランカ政府から聖大菩提樹の分木が贈られる

2004  Constructed a school building in the Tsunami stricken area using relief money provided by Japanese organizations. In appreciation a branch of Sri Maha Bodhi Tree was gifted to the organizations in Japan from the President of Sri Lanka.

      

• 2007年　障害のある児童のための学校建設資金の寄付
  （明治神宮「崇敬会」から「セネハサ協会」へ）

2007 SUKEIKAI of Meiji-jingu in Japan donated funds to SENEHASA Organization in Sri Lanka for building schools for children with disabilities.

    

• 2008年　スリ・ダンマーナンダ総合学校開校

2008 Opened comprehensive school ‘Sri Dhammananda Viddiyatana Privena’  in Badulla, Uva province in Sri Lanka.

      

• 2009年　コロンボ・カダワサ国際文化センター計画開始

2009 Launched a project for ‘Colombo - Kadawasa international cultural center’.
